Education: B.A. English, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 1975. B.A. Biology, University of Northern Iowa, 1992.

Employment: University of Northern Iowa Roadside Program since 1989. Works closely with Iowa counties increasing participation in IRVM and providing ongoing support for existing IRVM programs.
